ECOWAS FEBWE Nigeria

FEBWE was founded by ECOWAS Commission and launched in Ghana in 2009. FEBWE means – Federation of Business Women Entrepreneurs. The acronym “FEFA” is being used by the Franco countries while Anglo countries use “FEBWE.” FEFA/FEBWE is to work for the advancement of women entrepreneurs in the ECOWAS Region.

To encourage and develop the common interest of Women Entrepreneurs.
It is to promote and encourage border transactions among the ECOWAS countries which leads to Free Cross Border Trade.”
It facilitates friendly relationships, collaborations & partnerships between the ECOWAS women entrepreneurs and their international counterparts.
Trade, Investment and Exhibitions of Quality Products will emerge through rival competitions during Trade Fairs and Exhibitions arranged amidst ECOWAS Regional countries using ETLS.
